Nimble Connect is dedicated to thanking all of your donors, no matter how much they donated. We believe every donor deserves a thank you acknowledgment for their support.

Our Donor Ambassadors make about 50 calls per hour. The Live Answer rate ranges between 25-33% depending on the time of day.

A call to donors asking them for a donation is much different than our thank you calls. We find donors to be pleasantly surprised that their donation was acknowledged. Most donors appreciate recognition for their support and feel proud to have made a difference.

Our Donor Ambassadors  share a common heart for nonprofit work and they are passionate about thanking donors. We never hire from the telemarketer sector. Our Donor Ambassadors are hand-picked to align with our Company Values.

Our Donor Ambassadors only have access to the donor’s name and phone number at the time of their connection. We maintain a strong privacy policy and do not share donation amounts or other private donor information.

We understand how busy you are running your organization and we are here to support you. Our program will only take about an hour or less of you’re staff’s time per week, we take care of the rest. Nimble Connect was designed to relieve the pressure off of nonprofits by thanking your donors for you.

Nimble Connect has a default of one acknowledgment per donor every 90 days, however, this can be adjusted to accommodate your specific needs.

Donors may begin to expect a connection every time that they donate. Our program sets you up for long-term relationships with your donors so these connections are possible. Showing personal gratitude to your donors will set you apart from the other nonprofits that they give to and solidify their loyalty.
