Nimble Connect partnered with a client over a 12 month period of time to personally acknowledge donors with weekly thank you calls to donors. The study is taken from a pool of 5,072 donors with gifts between $10.00 and $999.99 between April 2020 and April 2021.

Findings:

  • Increases in Donor Retention:
    • The number of Cultivation Donors who gave at least one additional gift increased 24% after receiving a thank you call.

  • Increase in Total Gift Amount:
    • The total amount of donations increased by over $255K after implementing Nimble Connect’s donor acknowledgment program.
  • ROI:
    • The client saw a 38:1 ROI against the cost of calling.
